·         Built power flow models and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly transfer studies to determine Available Transfer Capability (ATC) for commercial use in transmission open access market.

·         Monitor and analyze bulk power system security, including response to emergency conditions, and line loading relief with members and adjacent systems.

·         Prepared and conduct long range reliability studies and prepare published report.

·         Interfaced with member systems, adjacent regions, the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC) and various governmental agencies to develop criteria for the PJM electric system.

·         Built displays for PJM dispatchers for monitoring the PJM electrical system.
